With the widespread use of LED display screens, there are increasing usage problems. In order to better use LED display screen related products, we have made some feasible summaries on the relevant usage precautions and daily maintenance.

I. Precautions for use environment

1. The working environment temperature range is -20℃≤t≤50℃, and the working environment humidity range is 10% to 90%RH;

2. Avoid use or storage in high temperature, high humidity, high acid/alkali/salt environment;

3. Keep away from flammable items, gas, and dust;

4. Avoid strong collision during transportation and avoid collision with sharp objects;

5. When the ambient temperature is too high or the heat dissipation conditions are not good, be careful not to use the screen for a long time;

6. When the LED display screen exceeds the specified humidity, it will cause corrosion of components and even short circuit and permanent damage when powered on;

7. It is strictly forbidden to enter water, iron powder and other metal objects that are easy to conduct electricity into the screen body. LED display screens should be placed in a low-dust environment as much as possible. Large dust will affect the display effect, and too much dust will damage the circuit. If water enters the screen for various reasons, please turn off the power immediately and use it only after all components in the screen are dry.

II. Precautions for turning on and off the screen

1. Turn on the screen: first turn on the control computer and make it run normally before turning on the LED display screen;

2. Turn off the screen: first turn off the power of the LED screen, then turn off the control software, and finally turn off the computer; (turning off the computer first and then the LED display screen will cause bright spots on the screen and burn the lamp tube, which will have serious consequences)

3. The interval between turning on and off the screen should be greater than 2 minutes;

4. Avoid turning on the screen when the computer screen is all white, because the all white screen is the maximum power state, and its impact current on the entire power distribution system is the largest.

III. Precautions for power supply

1. The LED module is powered by DC +5V (working voltage: 4.2~5.2V), and AC power supply is prohibited; the positive and negative poles of the power supply terminals are strictly prohibited to be connected in reverse (note: once connected in reverse, the product will be burned or even cause a serious fire);

2. The power supply voltage of the LED display screen: 220V±10% frequency: 50HZ±5%;

3. The ground contact is reliable, the ground wire and the neutral wire are reliably isolated, and the power supply is connected away from high-power equipment;
4. If short circuit, tripping, burning wire, smoking and other abnormalities are found, the power supply should not be repeatedly tested, and the problem should be found in time and contact after-sales customer service;
5. Keep the power supply stable, and do a good job of grounding protection to avoid lightning strikes. Do not use it in harsh natural conditions, especially in strong thunderstorms;
6. The large screen power supply must be powered in steps, because the maximum power state of the entire screen will have an impact on the entire power distribution system;
7. The LED display screen is prohibited from playing the full white screen with the highest brightness for more than half an hour to avoid excessive current, power cord heating, LED lamp damage, and affect the service life of the display screen. It is recommended to play dynamic videos as the main;
8. During the use of LED display products, the power supply cannot be turned on and off continuously, and the two operations should be separated by at least 2 minutes;
9. Non-professionals are prohibited from touching the internal circuit of the large screen of the LED display screen to avoid electric shock or circuit damage; if there is a problem, please ask professionals to repair it.

IV. Cleaning precautions

1. Regular cleaning and maintenance: The LED full-color display screen is exposed to the wind, sun, and rain in the outdoor environment for a long time, and a lot of dust and traces of rain will accumulate on the screen. This requires regular and timely cleaning to prevent affecting the viewing effect;
2. If you clean the surface of the module, please use a soft brush and brush it gently. Do not use any liquid substances to clean the surface of the LED module, otherwise it may damage the LED lamp beads;
3. Correct wiping: The surface of the LED display screen can be wiped with alcohol, or dusted with a brush or vacuum cleaner, and cannot be wiped directly with a wet cloth.

V. Moisture-proof and storage requirements

1. Storage temperature requirements: Ambient temperature -40℃≤t≤60℃. After the package is opened, the LED product must be stored in an environment with a temperature <30℃ and a humidity <60%;
2. According to the environment of the display body and the control part, avoid insect bites, and place rat repellent if necessary;
3. LED display screens cannot be turned off for a long time. In a high humidity environment, if the screen has not been used for more than 7 days, the preheating method must be used each time the screen is turned on: preheat at 30%-50% brightness for 4-8 hours, and then adjust to normal brightness (80%-100%) to light up the screen, so as to remove moisture so that there are no abnormalities during use; if the screen has not been used for more than 15 days, the preheating method must be used each time the screen is turned on: preheat at 30%-50% brightness for more than 12 hours, and then adjust to normal brightness (80%-100%) to light up the screen, so as to remove moisture so that there are no abnormalities during use.
