What is the reason for the inconsistent brightness of the rental LED display? Chengtong Optoelectronics reminds you that the inconsistency of the brightness of the LED rental screen is determined by two factors: the light-emitting element and the driving element.
The light-emitting element is the LED light-emitting tube, and the inconsistent brightness is inevitable during the production process.
However, the countermeasure taken by the manufacturers of LED rental screens in Shenzhen, China is to classify after the production is completed. The smaller the brightness difference between the two adjacent grades, the better the consistency, but the more serious the phenomenon of low yield and high inventory will be.
Therefore, all manufacturers control the brightness difference between the two adjacent grades to about 20%.
The driving element of the LED rental screen is generally a constant current driving chip, such as MBl5026. These chips contain 16 constant current driving outputs, and the current output value can be set with resistors.
The error of each output of the same chip is controlled within 3%, and the output error of different chips is controlled within 6%.
It is normal for a 20% brightness error between pixels of the rental LED display. If the LED light-emitting tubes used are not products of the same grade and type, the brightness error will rise to more than 40%.
It is also worth noting that the inconsistent brightness of the full-color rental LED display is the root cause of the screen noise, which cannot be corrected by post-calibration equipment, but can only be achieved during the production process of the LED rental screen manufacturer.
Therefore, if you purchase a screen with inconsistent brightness, please contact your service provider or manufacturer to request a solution. The rental display can be selected in the following models: P2.976, P3.91, P4.81, P5.95.
