What do LED display p2.5, p3, and p4 mean? Many friends who are not in the display industry are unfamiliar with this;

The value after P is the distance between two pixels or lights (unit is mm), so the point distances of P2.5, P3, and P4 are 2.5mm, 3mm, and 4mm respectively.

P2.5 LED display, P3 and P4 achieve ultra-high resolution, high-definition images, strong visual impact, and long viewing distance, ensuring that the display can be viewed on the stage or in remote areas of the commercial area;

Which specification and model of LED display is better?

Which full-color LED display P2.5, P3 or P4 is more high-definition and better?

For the same area, P2.5 has more pixels than P3, and P3 has more pixels than P4. For example, there are 160,000 pixels on P2.5 in 1 square meter, and about 111,111 pixels on P3, while P4 has more pixels. As long as there are 62,500 points, the smaller the distance, the higher the pixels, and the clearer the picture.

P3 is more expensive than P4, but this does not mean that P4 is not good, because the larger the point distance on the screen, the farther the viewing distance is suitable. There is generally a formula for optimal viewing distance = point distance/(0.3~0.8) , which is an approximate size.

According to this formula, the suitable viewing distance of P4 LED display is 5-13m. Viewing within this range, the effect will be very good, enough to meet the daily practical display effect. Of course, if you choose P2.5 or P3 LED display, the effect will be very good, but the cost will be higher.

P2.5 display screen, P3 full color display type:

The clarity is very good, the best viewing distance is 2-20 meters, the price is relatively high, and those who have high requirements for pixels/clarity/effects can choose these two types.

The P4 full-color display type is the most commonly used type on the market today, with a pixel density of 62,500 dots/square meter, an optimal viewing distance of 4-20 meters, and a price advantage over P2.5 and P3.

Which specification and model of LED display should be chosen? Which one is better and more suitable should be comprehensively considered based on the use environment, budget and other aspects!
