LED display screen is not LCD screen. Although they are all a type of display technology, they are different in display principles, structures and applications.

LED display (LED Display) is a display screen composed of a series of LED (light-emitting diode) devices. Through a certain control method, it can display various information such as text, text, graphics, images, animations, market prices, etc., as well as TV and video signal. Its performance features include high-intensity luminescence, high grayscale control level, high driving power, automatic brightness adjustment, reliable circuit integration, digital processing technology, etc.

The Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) is a display screen with liquid crystal material as its basic component. Liquid crystal is an organic compound composed of long rod-shaped molecules. The working principle of the LCD screen is to fill the space between two parallel plates with liquid crystal material, and use voltage to change the arrangement of molecules inside the liquid crystal material to achieve the purpose of shading and transmitting light to display images of different shades and staggered patterns. As long as a three-color filter layer is added between the two flat plates, a color image can be displayed.

Although there are differences in display technology between LED displays and LCD displays, in practical applications, there is also a combination form, namely LED Backlit LCD Display. This display uses liquid crystal display technology, but uses light-emitting diodes (LEDs) as the backlight source to provide better brightness and contrast.
