Light board assembly: The unit boards are arranged in the same direction, and the signal input terminal is located at the right end of the front view screen. The unit boards are horizontally spliced and flat. The display panel is flat up and down, the high and low joints and the surrounding joints of the light board display surface are less than 1㎜, and the body is clean.

Connect the finished flat wire: The flat wire is routed outside the reinforcement bar, and the flat wire pressure head without horns and walls is coated with hot glue around to prevent loosening. The pressure heads at both ends of the flat wire must be fixed with pressure caps.

Install the switching power supply: The power switch is fixed on the back of the iron square tube outer frame structure on the aluminum sheet pendant. The power terminal is vertically downward. The power supply of the entire screen is evenly distributed.

Make power line connection: Connect the power line and the finished 5V red and black power line between the modules.

According to the distance between the power supply, the power supply and the power terminal of the light board in different columns, cut the power line, strip the wire head, install the U-shaped terminal, the live wire and +5V line are equipped with red terminals, and the rest are yellow terminals. Connect the red and black power lines between the light boards in different columns and the switching power supply, and the three-core power lines between the switching power supplies.

Cutting the acrylic plate for the receiving card:

Cut the acrylic plate for fixing the receiving card, align the positioning holes, and fix the control card on the acrylic plate with screws. The magnetic suction cups on the four corners of the acrylic plate are fixed on the iron square tube. The acrylic plate and the control card are separated by nuts. The leakage switch and the control card are installed at the far left end of the screen.

Fix the receiving card, cut the size of the acrylic plate according to the actual size of the receiving card and the distribution board, and the empty space is located at the four corners of the acrylic plate.

The screen resolution of a single receiving card is evenly distributed according to the actual number of receiving cards equipped. Due to different customer needs, the resolution of the receiving card will be different. Please consult the relevant personnel of the technical department before connecting.

Debugging and aging: The multimeter tests the connection without short circuit and powers on. Test according to the debugging instructions of the receiving card and age for 48 hours. After aging, if there are faults such as hidden light or constant light, it should be repaired immediately or returned to the factory for repair.

Inspection and packaging for storage:

Inspection is based on the full-color screen inspection standard, and a qualified label is affixed after passing. The inspection qualified label contains the project name, specifications including resolution, IP address, etc., and is affixed to the upper left corner of the display surface of the screen (on the edge of the full-color screen).

After the inspection is completed, the production staff first cuts off the power and removes the control card. Then, the power cord and flat wire are removed in order, and finally the module is removed, sorted and packed into the packaging box and put into storage.
