Full-color LED display screen

1. Display screen power supply

The power stability performance of the full-color screen greatly determines the performance of the LED screen, and the power supplies equipped with various models are also different. It will be calculated according to the power of the power unit board required by the display screen, because the model requirements of various display screens are different.

2. LED screen cabinet

The LED screen cabinet is a cabinet composed of multiple unit boards based on the size of the display screen, and multiple display cabinets are assembled into an LED screen. Generally speaking, the cabinets are professionally built, with conventional simple cabinets and waterproof cabinets.

3. LED module

The LED module is composed of a kit, a bottom shell, a mask, etc. The full-color LED display screen is composed of individual LED modules, which is the large LED screen we usually see now.

4. Display screen control system

The control system of the display screen is an important part of the display screen. The video is transmitted through the sending card and the graphics card to the receiving card of the full-color LED display screen, and then the receiving card transmits the signal to the HUB board in segments. An adapter board is installed on the receiving card, and the receiving card transmits the data to the adapter board, and then the data on the adapter board is transmitted to the single-row or single-column full-color LED display module of the display box through the cable, and then the LED modules are connected to the LED modules through the cable. Generally, an adapter board has only 8 sockets, that is, an adapter board can only manage the transmission of 8 rows or 8 columns of LED module data. If there are more rows or columns, an adapter board can be added to the receiving card. Of course, the accessories of indoor LED display screens, small-pitch LED display screens and outdoor LED display screens are different, mainly because their control graphics cards are different.
