I. Construction Process
The construction process of the large-screen information release system is mainly as follows: LED installation construction personnel enter the site - on-site determination of the installation location - determine the final appropriate size according to the on-site location - pre-buried pipelines (LED pipeline pre-buried is divided into pre-set interfaces for integrated wiring points in the data flow and reserved interfaces for power supply of strong electricity) - screen production - screen installation (synchronized with decoration) - trial operation of each screen - statistics of bright and bad pixels on the screen - system acceptance - LED large-screen display system training - system delivery and use.
II. Pre-construction preparation
In the construction of the large-screen information release system and touch screen system, each screen must work closely with the civil engineering project to complete the pre-buried laying of the wire pipes required for each screen, ensure that there will be no interference and crossover with the strong power HVAC in the direction of the wiring route when laying the pipes, and ensure that the aesthetics of the decoration project will not be affected after the screen is installed in the later stage, and it can also enhance the overall beauty and modern information level of the building.
Secondly, since the decoration project directly affects the actual installation of each screen, the owner needs to coordinate the decoration time of the decoration project and coordinate the progress of the decoration project and the screen project.
During the entire construction process, there are unforeseen coordination relationships with various construction units, and there are also some force majeure factors. Once an incident occurs, we need to coordinate various aspects through the owner or Party A's supervision according to the actual situation.
III. Construction points and precautions
The information interface of the large-screen information release system is connected to the Internet through the standard network RJ45 port. The specific networking methods for a certain mole LED large-screen project in a certain city can be divided into the following two types:
The large screen is networked through the pre-reserved integrated wiring point. This method does not require high pre-buried pipelines in advance, as long as the integrated wiring system is reserved according to the LED installation location.
The large screen is not networked through the integrated wiring point of the building, but through its internal small network. In this case, the large screen system can transmit signals through optical fiber, and the photoelectric conversion after the screen is installed can realize the data information flow.
In addition, the large-screen information release system requires strong power supply on site. In the pre-buried pipeline stage, it is necessary to make requirements with the strong power professional in advance, because often such small details of cooperation between professionals will become a "gray area" in construction.
IV. Pipeline construction
Cooperate closely with civil engineering and seal the pipe mouth in time to prevent debris from entering and blocking the pipe.
For some pipelines with long wire pipes and many elbows, iron wires should be threaded in advance to facilitate the threading work in the future.
The connection between pipes and pipes and pipes and boxes should be grounded. The threaded connection should be bridged with steel of no less than ∮6 to ensure good grounding.
Lines of different systems, different voltage levels, and different current categories should be threaded separately. Before threading, use compressed air to clean the accumulated water and debris in the pipe, and inhale a small amount of talcum powder to reduce friction, and check whether the burrs and edges of the pipe mouth are clean to prevent the insulation of the wire from being damaged during threading.
When laying out the wires, use a wire rack to prevent the wires from kinking. The joints should be placed in the junction box. The steel pipe should be protected before threading the wires, and then protected after threading. After the wires are connected, soldering should be done at the joints and they should be wrapped tightly with insulating tape.
V. Equipment Installation
Instructions on the installation process
> Power distribution system engineering
The display system uses 220V AC power supply, and the total power consumption is the sum of the power consumption of each part.
The screen body uses a three-phase five-wire power supply, and the ground wire is pre-buried.
> Grounding electrode connected to the earth
Grounding resistance ≤4Ω. It is recommended that users use deep-buried copper-clad steel rods according to local standards, and control the moisture and salt content of the soil to meet the grounding requirements of the equipment.
> Counting and unpacking inspection of goods
Determine the number of goods according to the final screen area signed in the contract. After receiving the goods, first count the number of goods according to the freight documents to see if they are in compliance. After ensuring that the quantity is correct, unpack and inspect according to the packing list.
> Display installation
Power distribution system installation
The display screen adopts AC (220V) three-phase five-wire system.
> Unit board (box) structure installation steps
1. Determine the firmness of the frame and bracket that have been made;
2. Install the display board from the bottom layer and layer by layer;
3. Connect the cables between the unit boards (boxes);
4. Connect the power cord.
> Driver installation
This driver can be used for WIN2000 and win xp platforms, and is equipped with a special device driver. The installation method is exactly the same as other drivers.
> Ground wire connection
Connect each grounding point to the earth grounding electrode.
> System connection precautions
A. Pay attention to the polarity and direction of the connector.
B. Each connector must be connected well. There must be no looseness or incompleteness.
C. The ground wire must be connected well.
VI. System debugging
For the large-screen information release system, the system has passed the corresponding quality inspection and the finished screen index acceptance before the screen is shipped out of the factory. Therefore, after the system is installed, the main thing is to debug the overall brightness and software network control display system. The debugging and detection of the overall brightness is relatively intuitive. It is a process for the three-party personnel to conduct on-site debugging and inspection after the system is completed. The software system network control and screen display are the focus of system debugging. The following is a description of it.
(1) Editing, production and debugging of multimedia information
① Text information: It is the most common and most commonly used information in program production. The preparation and processing of text information are relatively simple. It mainly includes text writing, text translation (multi-language system), text entry, and text special effects. In the software tool, various fonts, sizes, colors can be selected at will, and multiple alignment and special effects display methods can be used. Then, debugging and proofreading are carried out according to the display of the screen.
② Graphic information: Graphics are a form of information expression with a large amount of information. It can intuitively express complex and abstract information and provide the necessary means for making a beautiful interface. In the program software production tool, the main debugging is to support the scaling, cropping and splicing of graphics.
(2) Debugging of the display screen monitoring and control functions
The display screen is a key device in the display system. The upper control computer can fully control its display content and display mode, and the control software provides an interface to monitor its operating status.
(3) Debugging of networking functions
The computer equipment in the system forms a local area network to realize internal resource sharing. The standard network interface provides the ability to connect to its standard network. The network software provides network information publishing to realize network control. After the networking is completed, it depends on whether each terminal can quickly respond to the command requirements of the control computer, and a debugging acceptance report is prepared.
