When a certain row on the LED display unit board or the row corresponding to a certain module does not glow or display abnormally, this may be due to a variety of reasons. Here are some possible causes and corresponding solutions:

1. Welding or open circuit:

    - Check whether the LED lamp beads corresponding to this row or module are soldered. Weak soldering may cause the lamp bead to fail to light up properly.

    - Check whether the row drive circuit is open or weakly soldered. If there is a problem with the wiring, the current may not be transmitted to the LED beads correctly.

2. Driver chip problem:

    - Check whether the driver chip (such as 74HC595, etc.) corresponding to this row or module is working properly. Damage or abnormal operation of the driver chip may cause output signal errors.

3. Data cable or signal cable problem:

    - Check whether the data cable or signal cable is connected correctly and whether it is loose or broken.

    - Check whether the data or signal cables are interfered with or damaged, which may affect signal transmission.

4. Power supply problem:

    - Check that the power supply to the row or module is normal. If there is a problem with the power supply, it may not be able to provide enough voltage or current to the LED lamp beads.

5. Software settings or control issues:

    - Check whether the control system settings of the LED display are correct, including scanning mode, gray scale, brightness and other parameters.

    - Check whether there is any control signal error or loss that prevents the line or module from receiving instructions correctly.

6. Module damaged:

    - If you have checked all of the above, the module itself may be damaged. You can try to replace the module to solve the problem.

7. Environmental factors:

    - Check whether the working environment of the LED display, such as temperature, humidity, etc., meets the requirements. Adverse environmental conditions may affect the normal operation of the LED display.

To address the above issues, you can try the following solutions:

1. Recheck and reinforce all possible solder joints.

2. Replace the damaged driver chip.

3. Check and replace damaged data cables or signal cables.

4. Check and fix power problems.

5. Reset the parameters of the control system.

6. Replace the damaged module.

7. Improve the working environment of LED display.

If none of the above methods can solve the problem, it is recommended to contact professional LED display maintenance personnel for inspection and repair.
