How to solve the problem of individual lamp failure?

When several lamp beads on the LED screen fail, the following steps can be taken to deal with it:

I. Diagnose the problem

1. Check the power supply:

- Confirm whether the power supply is working properly and whether the power indicator light is on.

- Check whether the power connection is firm and there is no looseness or disconnection.

2. Check the lamp bead connection:

- Check whether the power cord of the failed lamp bead is correctly connected to the positive and negative poles of the power supply without reverse connection.

- Pay special attention to whether the driving current and operating voltage of the high-power LED lamp bead meet the requirements to avoid damage caused by overcurrent or unstable voltage.

3. Observe the status of the lamp bead:

- Observe whether the failed lamp bead has obvious physical damage, such as broken filaments, broken packages, etc.

- Check whether the LED outer sealant is yellow, which may be caused by the mismatch between the epoxy resin and the curing agent or the baking time is too long.

II. Treatment measures

1. Replace the lamp bead:

- If the failed lamp bead is severely damaged and cannot be repaired, it needs to be replaced with a new lamp bead.

When individual lamp beads fail on the P1.25 display, you can try the following solutions:

Check and replace the lamp beads: locate the failed lamp beads and replace them with new ones of the same specifications. Be careful to handle with care during the replacement process to avoid damaging other lamp beads or circuits.
