In the era of high resolution, how to choose between LCD video walls and LED screens?

LCD video walls have seams, ranging from 3.5mm, 1.8mm, to 0.88mm. While there's no visible graininess when viewed up close, the seams are an unavoidable issue. Some on the market achieve seamless splicing using light guides, but these age over time and look worse than those with visible seams, and have largely been phased out in recent years. LED displays, on the other hand, are seamlessly spliced, but may show graininess when viewed up close. They are best viewed from distances beyond the optimal viewing distance for both observation and photography.

In the era of high resolution, the choice between video wall and LED screen depends on the usage scenario: video wall has high resolution and delicate image quality, making it suitable for high-definition scenarios for close-range indoor viewing (such as monitoring and conference rooms); LED screen has high brightness and can be seamlessly spliced, but the pixelation is more noticeable at close range, making it more suitable for large outdoor screens or large display scenarios for long-distance viewing.
