The simple installation steps of COB LED display are as follows:
1. Preliminary preparation: First, ensure that the selected installation location meets the size and requirements of the LED display. Evaluate the wall structure and support capabilities to ensure it can support the weight of the display. At the same time, conduct safety inspections to ensure that all cables and power cords comply with national and local safety standards.
2. Assemble the bracket or hanging system: Correctly assemble the bracket or hanging system according to the installation manual provided by the manufacturer. Make sure it can hold the LED display firmly. If you choose hanging installation, make sure the hanging system is strong and reliable.
3. Splicing profiles and placing unit boards: Splice the cut profiles and assemble the outer frame of the display. Then, place the P10 unit board in the frame, paying attention to the front and back of the frame to ensure that the unit board is placed correctly.
4. Fix the back strip and install the magnet: After the back strip is fixed, remove the frame and install the magnet. Make sure the backing strips and magnets are positioned accurately to keep the display stable.
5. Connect the cables to the fixed display power supply: Connect the cables, upper and lower power cables, and fix the display power supply and LED control card. Pay attention to the connection of positive and negative poles to ensure stable and safe power supply.
6. Connect the control card to the unit board: Connect the control card to the unit board with cables. This is a very critical step. Before the screen is fixed on the wall, you can check whether the screen is installed correctly through the test button.
7. Conduct debugging and comprehensive testing: After all connections are completed, conduct a power test, turn on the LED display, and check whether there are bright spots, dark spots, or other display abnormalities. If there is any abnormality, check and solve it in time to ensure the normal operation of the display screen. Finally, conduct comprehensive testing to ensure everything is functioning properly.
Please note that the above steps are only a simple installation process, and the specific operations may vary depending on the display model and manufacturer's requirements. When installing, be sure to follow the installation manual and safety regulations provided by the manufacturer to ensure the safety and stability of the installation process.
