Why do high-end full-color LED displays use pure green tubes?

In the actual production of LED display screens, three-primary color LED tubes with high luminous efficiency and rich and bright colors should be selected, so that the color triangle area in the chromaticity diagram is as close as possible to the tongue-shaped spectrum color curve. 

To satisfy rich colors and emit sufficient brightness, the top of the tongue-shaped curve is 515nm wavelength light, so high-end LED displays use pure green light LED tubes with wavelengths close to 515nm, such as 520nm, 525nm or 530nm wavelength light LED tubes.

The reason why high-end full-color LED displays use pure green tubes is mainly based on their luminous efficiency and color rendering effect. In the actual production process of LED display screens, in order to ensure that the color triangle area in the chromaticity diagram is as large as possible and close to the tongue-shaped color spectrum curve, in order to achieve rich colors and sufficient brightness, we choose products with high luminous efficiency and bright colors. Three primary color LED tubes are the key. The top of the tongue-shaped spectral color curve corresponds to the 515nm wavelength light. Therefore, high-end full-color LED displays will specifically use pure green light LED tubes with wavelengths close to 515nm, such as 520nm, 525nm or 530nm wavelength light LED tubes.

In addition, the high luminous efficiency of pure green tubes also provides strong support for its application in high-end full-color LED displays.
