How to effectively promote LED displays online?

Promotion Platform: In the first phase, the initial promotion platform was Baidu bidding! An initial pre-deposit of 5000 yuan was made for advertising (since he was a repeat client, I also gave him some advertising credit, as I was an agent and could receive rebates).

Because I was new to promoting LED displays at the time, and the initial communication with the client might not have been in-depth enough—for example, because the client was new to this project, they initially only wanted indoor and outdoor full-color LED screens—I mistakenly recommended monochrome/dual-color display screens and transparent glass displays in addition to full-color LED displays, and due to unfamiliarity with the industry, I failed to promptly reject irrelevant keywords, resulting in a relatively high cost of consultations, reaching as high as 400 yuan per valid consultation! In the second phase, although the consultation costs were high in the first phase, the client didn't complain, partly because of our previous cooperation; they trusted my operational capabilities!

Therefore, we had in-depth communication, and I even made a special trip to his company (Shenzhen) to gain a deeper understanding of his current needs and the industry knowledge of LED displays (to offer some preliminary insights, such as indoor displays typically use P1-P3-P4, while outdoor displays are generally P4-P8, and materials range from single-color to dual-color, full-color, and transparent). Upon returning to the company, I immediately adjusted the promotion account, including re-selecting keywords, rewriting ad copy, and promptly rejecting irrelevant terms. Through this adjustment, the effective lead cost was controlled below 220. In the third stage, about a month and a half after opening on Baidu, I also opened 360 bidding. Having over a month of experience promoting LED displays, I quickly got started with 360 promotion; from landing page design to account setup, it was all done in 3 days… To my surprise, 360's performance was even better than Baidu, with each lead costing less than 180. In the fourth stage, in addition to the above two, I've also opened AiCaiGou and 360 annual promotion packages, and am preparing to launch on Toutiao.

Summary:

1. For product-related online promotion, the mainstream and most effective methods, in my opinion, are twofold: paid search advertising (Google, Baidu, 360, Sogou, Shenma) and news feeds (Baidu News Feed, Toutiao), Facebook, Reddit, etc.

2. Preparation and communication before promotion are crucial. Only by thoroughly understanding the industry and the product can you better control the direction and details of your promotion.
