When some areas of the LED display cannot be displayed normally, you can take the following steps to troubleshoot and resolve:

1. Check signal input:

    - Make sure the signal cables (such as HDMI, DVI, etc.) are connected correctly and not damaged.

    - Check whether the signal source (such as computer, player, etc.) is working properly and whether the signal output is stable.

2. Check the display settings:

    - Check the display area settings in the display playback software to ensure that some undisplayable areas are not incorrectly excluded.

    - Adjust the font size and display area to see if that solves the display problem.

3. Check the unit board:

    - Carefully observe the area that cannot be displayed to see if there are signs of damage to the unit board, such as the LED light does not light up or the display is abnormal.

    - If you suspect that the unit board is damaged, you can try replacing the unit board or swapping it with a functioning unit board to verify whether the problem is resolved.

4. Check the power supply and power supply:

    - Check that the display's power cord is firmly connected and not loose or damaged.

    - Check whether the power module is working properly and replace it if necessary.

5. Check the control card:

    - The control card is responsible for data transmission and processing. If the control card is damaged or set incorrectly, some areas may not be displayed properly.

    - Check whether the control card is inserted properly and whether the settings on the control card are correct.

6. Check the connection cable:

    - Check whether all connecting cables (such as data cables, power cables, etc.) are connected correctly and there are no open circuits or short circuits.

    - If necessary, you can try to replace the connecting cable to eliminate the circuit fault.

7. Software problems:

    - If there are no problems with the above hardware, it may be caused by software or settings problems.

    - Try restarting the display and signal source device, or reinstalling the display driver and control software.

8. Seek professional help:

    - If none of the above methods can solve the problem, it is recommended to contact professional LED display repair personnel or after-sales service personnel for inspection and repair.

Please note that before performing any repair or replacement operations, make sure the display is powered off and follow relevant safety operating procedures.
