When the LED display fails to display normally, you can try the following steps to troubleshoot and solve the problem:

1. Check the power supply: Make sure the display's power connection is normal and the power plug and socket are not damaged. If the power supply is unstable or problematic, the display may not function properly.

2. Check the connections: Check the status of the signal wires and low-voltage DC connection harness and connectors to make sure they are not damaged or have poor contact. If there is a problem with the connection cable, it may cause display problems such as black screen, blurred screen, or mosaic on the display.

3. Check the hardware: If there are no problems with the power supply and connections, it may be a hardware failure. Check the status of the solder joints, capacitors, terminals on the PCBA, and whether the LED light itself is damaged. These problems may cause problems such as blind lights or highlights on the display.

4. Check the environment: Humidity, temperature, corrosive gases and other factors in the environment where the display is located may cause damage to the hardware of the display. Make sure the display is in a suitable working environment.

5. Check the control system: If there are no problems with the display’s power supply, connection, hardware, and environment, it may be a problem with the control system. Check the status of the control board and whether the control card software is working properly. If necessary, the control card software can be reinstalled.

6. Check the computer: If the display is controlled by a computer, you also need to check the status of the computer. Make sure the computer does not overheat, freeze, etc., and that the connection to the display is normal.

7. Regular maintenance: Regular maintenance of the display screen, such as cleaning dust, checking hardware, etc., can extend the service life of the display screen and reduce the occurrence of failures.

First check whether the power is on and working properly, then check whether the signal cable is connected correctly. If these are normal, then the display itself may be faulty and you need to contact a professional for repair.
