The power reserve of LED large screens needs to consider multiple factors, including screen size, resolution, brightness, usage scenarios, and margin reserve of power products.

The following are some specific reservation methods and suggestions:

I. Determine the screen size and resolution

1. Screen size: The screen size directly affects the power consumption. When reserving power consumption, you first need to clarify the net size of the LED large screen and whether you need to reserve additional space such as borders.

2. Resolution: The higher the resolution, the more pixels are required, and the power consumption will increase accordingly.

II. Consider usage scenarios and brightness

1. Usage scenarios: Different usage scenarios have different requirements for brightness. For example, outdoor LED large screens require higher brightness to ensure clear display under direct sunlight, while indoor LED large screens can adjust the brightness according to ambient light.

2. Brightness adjustment: Some LED large screens support brightness adjustment function. By adjusting the brightness, you can reduce power consumption while ensuring the display effect.

III. Reserve margin of power products

1. Reserve margin: In order to ensure the stable operation of LED large screens, power products usually need to reserve a certain margin. Generally speaking, the industry will reserve 20% to 30% margin. This ensures that the entire system can still operate normally when the power supply product is partially damaged or aged.

2. Power supply configuration: According to the power demand of the LED large screen, reasonably configure the number and power of power supplies. Generally speaking, the wiring can be carried out according to the standard of 800W maximum power per square meter (the specific value may vary depending on the actual situation), and the total power demand can be calculated according to the screen size and resolution.

IV. Specific reservation method

1. Power line layout: During the decoration stage or before installation, the power line should be reasonably arranged according to the size and power demand of the LED large screen. Generally speaking, the power line should be arranged in the center of the screen, and sufficient length should be reserved for connecting the power supply and control equipment.

2. Power distribution: Allocate the total power demand to each power module to ensure that each module can bear the appropriate load. At the same time, pay attention to the connection between the power modules and the setting of the backup power supply.

3. Backup power supply: In order to cope with emergencies, it is recommended to set up a backup power supply or emergency power supply system. In this way, when the main power supply fails, it can quickly switch to the backup power supply to ensure the normal operation of the LED large screen.

V. Precautions

1. Safety: When reserving power consumption, be sure to consider safety factors. Ensure that the power supply line meets safety standards and take necessary protective measures to prevent safety accidents such as electric shock and fire.

2. Energy saving: Under the premise of ensuring the display effect, use energy-saving technologies and products as much as possible to reduce power consumption. For example, use energy-efficient LED lamp beads, optimize the power management system, etc.

3. Professional consultation: If there are doubts or uncertainties about the power consumption reservation of the LED large screen, it is recommended to consult a professional LED display manufacturer or technician to obtain accurate advice and guidance.

In summary, the power consumption reservation of the LED large screen needs to comprehensively consider multiple factors and take corresponding measures to ensure the stable operation and energy saving effect of the system.

Generally, the maximum power consumption is calculated according to the number of dots.

LED lamps generally use 5V voltage and 20ma current, so the power of a group of lamps is 3*5*0.02=0.3W;

P10 full color, 10,000 dots per square, so 0.3*10000=3000W,

Then divide it by the scanning method, P10 is generally 1/4, 3000/4=750W,

The average power consumption is generally half of the maximum power consumption, so about 375W,

Converted to electricity consumption, based on 10 hours per day, 10*375W=3.75kw/h=3.75 degrees,

Industrial electricity is generally 1 yuan/degree,

So the power consumption is 3.75 yuan per square.

Because the light is brighter outdoors, the power consumption is higher to achieve the desired effect.

The power consumption for indoors is lower. The maximum power consumption may be 1KW per square meter. This is an extreme case.

Generally, not all LEDs have the maximum power consumption. It may be lower.
