The specifications and sizes of small-pitch LED displays can be introduced from the following aspects:

1. Point spacing:

    - The point pitch of small-pitch LED displays is usually below P2.5 mm. With the advancement of technology, it is now more common in the industry to define LED displays of P2 and below as small-pitch products. Common point spacing specifications include P2.5, P2.0, P1.875, P1.56, P1.25, etc. The smaller the dot pitch, the higher the resolution and clarity of the display.

2. Cabinet size:

    - Small-pitch LED displays are usually spliced with the cabinet as the basic unit. Common cabinet sizes in the industry include 640x480mm, 480x480mm and 600x337.5mm. These standard-sized cabinets facilitate production and installation while also helping to maintain the overall aesthetics of the display.

3. Screen size calculation:

    - The overall size of the display can be determined by calculating the number of cabinets required. For example, if there is a screen that is 5 meters long and 3 meters wide, and uses a 480x480mm cabinet, then 10 cabinets are needed for the length and 6 cabinets for the width, for a total of 60 cabinets. The actual screen size will be slightly smaller than the preset 5 meters x 3 meters because the number of boxes must be rounded up.

4. Pixel density and resolution:

    - Pixel spacing is directly related to pixel density. The smaller the spacing, the greater the pixel density, and the higher the display effect. Resolution also increases with pixel density, allowing for the display of more detailed images and videos.

5. Technology and features:

    - The small-pitch LED display adopts pixel-level point control technology and automatic reflow soldering process to ensure the brightness and color reproduction of the display.

In addition, small-pitch LED displays have significant advantages in color expression and seamless splicing, and are suitable for the mid-to-high-end display market.

To sum up, when choosing a small-pitch LED display, you need to consider factors such as point pitch, box size, pixel density, and resolution to find the display size that is most suitable for specific application scenarios.
