The process of manufacturing and producing white LED displays involves multiple steps, here is a simplified overview:

1. Material preparation: First, you need to purchase and prepare the materials required to manufacture a white LED display, including LED chips (blue LED chips), phosphors (yellow or other colors), circuit boards (PCB), driver ICs, and casings , connectors, etc.

2. Make the circuit board: Use CAD software to design the circuit board layout and make the circuit board (PCB) based on the design specifications. This includes steps such as printing the circuit board, soldering components, plugging in connectors, etc.

3. Combination of LED chip and phosphor: Add yellow phosphor (or phosphor of other colors) around the blue LED chip, and the phosphor is excited by blue light to produce white light. White LEDs can also be made by combining blue LEDs with red and green phosphors.

4. LED chip patching: Precisely attach the prepared LED chip (including white LED) to the PCB circuit board, and use SMT equipment for patching to ensure the precise position and fit of the chip.

5. Welding and connection: Weld the LED chip through reflow soldering equipment and connect it to the PCB circuit board to form a circuit. At the same time, connect the power and data cables to ensure proper power supply and communication.

6. Assembly and packaging: Place the welded PCB circuit board into the plastic lamp cup and install the shell to form a complete LED display.

7. Testing and debugging: Run various tests, including tests on brightness, color, pixel uniformity, etc., to ensure the performance and quality of the display.

8. Quality control and packaging: Conduct comprehensive quality control inspections to ensure that the quality of the display meets standards, and then package.

9. Delivery and installation: Deliver the completed LED display to the customer or installation team for installation.

The above steps are only the basic process for manufacturing and producing white LED displays.

The specific process may vary for different products and different companies.
