The care and maintenance of LED displays is crucial to ensure their normal operation and extended service life. Here are some key care and maintenance steps:
1. Regular cleaning: Use a clean, soft cloth or special cleaner to gently wipe the screen surface regularly to remove dust and dirt. But avoid using cleaners containing alcohol to avoid damaging the screen surface. In addition, the dust on the radiator should also be cleaned regularly to keep the ventilation smooth and ensure the normal heat dissipation of the LED display.
2. Humidity and waterproofing: Keep the humidity of the use environment within an appropriate range to prevent moisture from entering the display. Turning on the power in a humid environment may cause corrosion of components, causing permanent damage. At the same time, it is strictly prohibited to allow water or other conductive metal objects to enter the inside of the screen. If water enters for various reasons, please cut off the power immediately and contact maintenance personnel until the screen is completely dry before using it.
3. Stable power supply and ground protection: Make sure the power supply is stable and the ground protection is good, especially when using the display screen under harsh natural conditions, such as thunder and lightning.
4. Avoid harsh environments: Avoid using or storing the display in high temperature, high humidity, high acid/alkali/salt environments, and keep away from flammable items, gases and dust. Also avoid strong collisions and collisions with sharp objects during transportation.
5. Appropriate rest time: The outdoor LED display should have enough rest time every day, especially during the rainy season, and should be used at least four times a month to prevent the internal circuit from getting damp.
6. Maintenance of main control computer: The main control computer and other related equipment of the outdoor LED display should be placed in a room with good ventilation and low dust to ensure its stable operation and heat dissipation.

To sum up, the care and maintenance of LED displays involves many aspects, including cleaning, waterproofing, power supply stability, environmental control, etc. By following these key steps, you can ensure the proper functioning of your display, extend its lifespan, and improve its performance and impact. If you encounter any problems during use, it is recommended to contact a professional maintenance service provider for further inspection and repair.
