The production process of outdoor LED display is introduced in detail as follows:

1. Inserting lamps

Insert different colored diode lamps into the holes of PCB board to form pixel points. The commonly mentioned pixel pitch is indeed the distance between two lamps, and the resolution is indeed the number of lamps per unit area. The main diodes are Silan, Dalian Lumei, American cree, Guanglei, AXT, AOC; the standard specifications of light-emitting diodes are the same, R is 12mell, G and B are 14mell.

Note: a. The direction of the lamp, do not insert the positive and negative poles in reverse b. Do not plant less or wrong c. Check whether there is any problem with the diode itself d. QC inspection.

2. Soldering

a. Solder the machine b. Check if there are any lamps falling off c. Check if there are any cold solder joints d. Cut corners e. Knock down some of the middle ones (to facilitate the welding of the driver board later)

3. Installation of plastic frame

a. Cut the board b. Fasten the finished lamp board to the frame c. Screw in

Note: direction, quantity.

4. Driver board

a. SMT patch b. Driver cable connector c. Welding of power contact head d. Welding of capacitor e. Welding of V line and U line

Driver chips include Toshiba TB62726 from Japan, MBI5026 and MBI5024 from Taiwan, 595, 8310 and 14953 from China, etc.

5. Welding of lamp board and driver board

a. Insert the driver board into the lamp board b. Solder with tin wire c. QC inspection.

6. Calibrate the board

a. Align the lights with baffles b. Fix with lampshade c. QC test, remove the cover.

7. Test

a. Connect the cable to check if there are any lights that are not lit b. Use a multimeter to find out the cause and solve it

Note: cold soldering, short circuit.

8. Fix the light board

a. Fix the spacer frame with screws b. Fill with glue c. Cover the lampshade d. Fix with screws e. Put on the leather ring (anti-vibration).

Note: direction, alignment, and sticking.

9. Put on the cabinet

a. Fix the module on the cabinet, from bottom to top b. Put on the cable, connect c. Put on the circuit wiring, positive red, black and negative d. Put on the power line, red, blue and green correspond to positive and negative ground e. Plastic tape stuck

Note: a. All modules are aligned b. Screws are all on c. The direction of the cable is correct d. The positive and negative of the wires e. The order of connection, skills.

10. Testing, computer debugging, aging.
